As part of the Tech Talent Acquisition team, youll play a key role in building high-performing engineering, product, and data teams that power Huspy’s next stage of growth.

Your Responsibilities

• End-to-end hiring for tech roles — from sourcing to offer — with speed, quality, and a great candidate experience at heart
• Source and engage top-tier talent using a variety of channels, ensuring a strong pipeline for current and future needs
• Provide a top-notch candidate experience, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring journey
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in tech recruitment, in a fast-scaling startup environment
• Proven track record of hiring engineers, product managers, and/or data professionals at pace
• Strong sourcing expertise — creative, persistent, and always building pipelines
• Clear, confident communication skills and experience managing stakeholders with speed and clarity
