Vacancy: Junior Social Media Associate 

Agency: I&S Marketing Management

Location: Dusseldorf Business Point - 1 Al Barsha Dubai, UAE (Office-based)

🔍 What we’re looking for:

✅ Proven experience creating content from scratch: idea → script → filming/editing → publishing

✅ Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other social media algorithms

✅ Skills in design (Figma, Canva) and video editing (CapCut, Final Cut, etc.)

✅ Native Russian speaker, English level B2 or higher

✅ Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented

✅ Ability to work fast and efficiently without losing quality

🎯 Responsibilities:

•⁠  ⁠Develop and implement content strategies for Stories and Reels

•⁠  ⁠Edit videos, add animations, and design covers

•⁠  ⁠Participate in creative shoots and brainstorming sessions

•⁠  ⁠Research trends and stay ahead of new formats

•⁠  ⁠Collaborate with producers, designers, and marketers
