Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through research and networking.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Present and demonstrate company products and services to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Work closely with senior sales executives for strategy development and implementation.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
  • Support the sales team in achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Liaise with the marketing team to align sales and promotional efforts.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and insights.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to foster industry connections.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
