Job Description

As a Junior Sales Executive at 21N25, you will be an integral part of our sales team, actively participating in driving our business growth by expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets. We are looking for enthusiastic and persistent individuals who are eager to initiate and foster meaningful relationships with potential clients. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, understanding customer needs, and providing them with suitable solutions. Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through networking and cold calling.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

  • Collaborate with senior sales executives to ensure a cohesive customer strategy.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training workshops as required.

  • Track sales performance metrics and report to the Sales Manager on progress.
  • Assist in creating sales and marketing materials for potential clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, internships, or relevant work environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to achieve challenging targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software to manage and analyze sales performance.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
  • Flexible and able to travel for client meetings or industry events as needed.
