Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Regulatory Affairs Executive to support regulatory activities related to pharmaceutical and healthcare products. The ideal candidate should possess a pharmacy background, with a valid MOH Pharmacist License preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, compilation, and submission of regulatory dossiers and documentation.
• Coordinate product registration, renewal, and variation applications with regulatory authorities.
• Maintain regulatory databases and document records.
• Track regulatory approvals, licenses, and submission timelines.
• Review product labeling, packaging artwork, and promotional materials for regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with internal departments and external regulatory authorities regarding submissions and approvals.
• Monitor updates to local regulatory requirements and guidelines.
• Support regulatory compliance activities and audits.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy (B.Pharm / PharmD).
• Valid MOH Pharmacist License is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of UAE pharmaceutical regulations will be an advantage.

• Experience: Freshers to 1 year
