The Role

As Junior Receptionist, you are the face of the restaurant. You welcome guests, seat them, and set the tone for their whole visit with a warm and genuine hello.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and seat guests warmly
• Handle bookings and enquiries professionally
• Look after regulars and special occasions
• Support the flow of the restaurant during service
• Keep guest information accurate and confidential
• Work closely with the floor and reservations teams
  
  
  

• Guest service experience in hospitality
• A warm, natural way with people
• Organised and calm under pressure
• Comfortable with booking systems
• Fluent English. Other languages are a plus
