We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Junior Quality Controller to join our team and ensure that our products and services meet all necessary requirements before they reach the consumer. Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, products, and equipment to guarantee quality compliance.
• Document and report all quality-related issues to the senior quality management team.
• Participate in the analysis of quality assurance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Support the troubleshooting of quality concerns and assist in the resolution process.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records related to quality inspection outcomes.
• Ensure products meet company and industry standards by conducting rigorous tests.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement quality control measures effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a quality assurance or control role is advantageous.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
