Your day involves supporting the Project Manager in executing industrial control, automation, digital, and cybersecurity service projects. Youll engage in learning-by-doing, participate in structured development programs, and take on progressive responsibilities to build strong foundations in project execution, control systems, site coordination, and customer delivery within Siemens Energy’s Control & Digital business.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Support the Project Manager in delivering Control & Digital service projects by coordinating daily activities, managing defined work packages, and preparing schedules and reports.
- Assist with engineering tasks related to industrial control systems, including DCS, PLC, and digital solutions, while preparing and reviewing documentation and participating in FAT, SAT, and site activities.
- Follow EHS and quality processes, ensure compliance with inspection and test plans, and align tasks with contractual and technical standards.
- Identify and track project risks and opportunities, support change management processes, and ensure formal approval for any scope deviations.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, suppliers, and customers by participating in meetings and preparing technical and progress updates.
- Actively engage in the UAE Graduate/Localization Development Program to build knowledge of control systems, project execution, and site activities, gradually taking on more responsibility.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Instrumentation & Control, Automation, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply); industrial exposure, internships, or final year projects in automation, control systems, or power/industrial settings are a plus.
- Basic knowledge of industrial control systems (DCS/PLC/automation) and familiarity with engineering documentation and technical drawings.
- Willingness to engage in site, commissioning, and service activities.
- Strong learning mindset, adaptability, and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural team environment with a structured, quality-oriented, and safety-conscious approach.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
