What Youll Do

As our Junior Product Analyst, youll solve the challenge of turning complex investment product workflows into clear, actionable product requirements that support the growth of the Mintos investment platform. Your focus will be research, requirements gathering, and product analysis, which means leading research, translating business and stakeholder needs into structured specifications, and analyzing platform behaviour, investor workflows, and support data to uncover issues and improvement opportunities. Youll work with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional business stakeholders to drive well-informed product decisions and support the delivery of investment products used by hundreds of thousands of investors across Europe.

You will:

• Lead research, define requirements, and structure findings into clear specs and documentation the team can act on.
• Own and prioritize parts of the product backlog, translating business needs into well-defined tasks for the development team.
• Analyze platform behaviour, investor workflows, and support data to identify issues, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain internal product documentation on Confluence, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the team.
• Drive stakeholder communication — collecting requirements, preparing updates, and keeping alignment across functions.
• Support release preparation — acceptance criteria, release notes, and QA coordination.
• Track KPIs and prepare structured reports that connect data to product decisions.
• Participate in discovery activities: user research, competitor tracking, and industry monitoring.
  
  

Your professional skills and background

• 1+ year of experience in business analysis, product management, or a similar role.
• Experience and willingness to use LLM’s in daily work
• Basic understanding of IT systems and product development processes.
• Familiarity with backlog management and prioritisation of user stories.
• Analytical and collaborative mindset, able to collect and structure data into clear insights; strong communication skills.
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
