Job Description
- Support corporate governance, maintaining company records, resolutions, statutory registers, and corporate filings.
- Review, draft, and manage contracts, NDAs, and legal documentation while tracking renewals and key obligations.
- Assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of corporate policies and compliance frameworks.
- Liaise with government authorities, regulators, external counsel, and notaries to manage approvals, registrations, and renewals.
- Support due diligence, KYC processes, cross-border corporate structures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Maintain legal filing systems and provide ongoing support for contract administration, compliance initiatives, and ad hoc legal projects.
- Relevant educational qualifications in Law or Legal Studies.
- Proficient in written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures and documentation.
- Excellent organisational and research skills.
- Proficiency in using legal databases and software tools.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
