Junior Mid Level UI UX Designer

We are looking for a talented Junior/ Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will work across the full design process from research and ideation to prototyping and testing ensuring our products are both beautiful and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research & Analysis
• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand needs and behaviors.
• Create personas, journey maps, and task flows to guide design decisions.
  
• Design & Prototyping
• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Apply principles of color theory, typography, and layout to create visually compelling interfaces.
  
• Collaboration & Communication
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align designs with business goals and technical feasibility3.
• Present and defend design concepts with clear rationale based on user needs and data.
  
• Usability & Accessibility
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) for inclusive user experiences.
  
• Design System & Consistency
• Maintain and contribute to the companys design system for consistent branding and UI patterns.
  
  
  

• 2-4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Solid portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
