We’re looking for ambitious UAE Nationals who want to begin their career journey in an exciting, fast-paced logistics environment. As part of our Materials Management team within the Middle East and Africa Regional Office, you’ll contribute to ensuring the right products reach the right locations at the right time—directly supporting our regional supply chain performance.

What Youll Do

Support the Materials Manager in managing the end-to-end flow of materials across Hilti Stores and Vans.

Ensure optimal stock availability across all locations.

Monitor and support sales order execution to meet customer expectations.

Track key metrics such as Days on Hand, Obsolescence, and service levels.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Support improvement initiatives and logistics-related projects.

Take on additional assignments to grow your exposure across various supply chain functions.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.

Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain high attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive, motivated mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

UAE National with a UAE Family Book.

Based in Dubai or willing to commute/relocate within the UAE.
