Junior Maintenance Engineer

Leminar Air Conditioning Industries LLC is seeking a Jr. Maintenance Engineer to join our Production team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our factorys Mechanical , electrical and electronic systems.

• As a Jr. Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance and repair of our factorys electrical and electronic equipment. 
• This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our production processes. 
• You will work closely with the Maintenance team, providing assistance and expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. 
• Your contributions will directly impact the overall productivity and reliability of our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic systems in the factory.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential problems.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance team to develop and implement efficient maintenance strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities.
• Document maintenance activities, creating detailed reports and records.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical and electronic engineering.
• Assist in training and mentoring less experienced team members.

Qualifications

• A degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is required.
• Work experience in a similar maintenance role, preferably in a factory setting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and control systems.
• Familiarity with electronic components and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Basic knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming is preferred.
• A proactive and safety-conscious approach to work.
