2.Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence in relation to mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, licensing, and other healthcare transactions, identifying and mitigating regulatory and operational risks.

3.Monitor and interpret healthcare laws, regulations, industry guidelines, and regulatory developments to provide accurate, risk-based, and commercially sound legal advice.

4.Support corporate governance matters, including board and committee documentation, shareholder matters, and ensuring adherence to healthcare regulatory frameworks and internal compliance policies.

5.Manage legal disputes, complaints, and regulatory inquiries efficiently and cost-effectively, seeking practical and commercially sensible resolutions while protecting the company’s reputation.

6. Collaborate closely with clinical, compliance, finance, operations, and management teams to provide proactive legal guidance that supports safe, ethical, and compliant healthcare delivery.

8. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, regulatory authorities, healthcare partners, and external legal advisors.

9. Conduct detailed legal research and analysis on healthcare-related matters, including regulatory compliance, patient rights, data protection, and medical service obligations, and provide clear, strategic legal advice.
