Job Description

As a Junior Key Account Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our senior sales team and managing relationships with our most important clients. Your primary focus will be on maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns and projects. You will be collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that client needs are met and that the services provided are aligned with client expectations. Responsibilities

  • Track client account metrics to ensure objectives and performance standards are met.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate account activities to management.
  • Ensure all client communications are documented and follow-up actions are promptly executed.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to solidify strategic partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Monitor market trends and propose system improvements to senior account managers.
  • Support the resolution of client issues efficiently while maintaining a positive client experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to tailor promotional activities according to client needs.
  • Facilitate feedback from clients to assist in product or service enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or relevant roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on delivering superior client service.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and presentation tools.
