Job Description

The Junior Key Account Executive is a pivotal role within our organization that supports the senior account management team in maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important customers. In this dynamic position, you will help manage a portfolio of accounts, working alongside experienced professionals to ensure customer satisfaction, drive sales, and achieve account objectives. Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and nurturing long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Support the development and execution of account strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams to meet client needs.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and propose suggestions for improvement or innovation.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to ensure continual growth.
  • Prepare accurate and timely client proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits for both parties.
  • Schedule regular check-ins with clients to ensure they are satisfied with services delivered.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics to the management team regularly.
  • Assist in responding to client inquiries and resolving any conflicts or issues quickly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and an analytical mindset are essential for success.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
