Job Description

As a Junior Key Account Executive, you are expected to build and maintain strong relationships with our key accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. This position provides a valuable opportunity to engage closely with stakeholders, a foundation in account management, and receive mentorship from experienced professionals in the field. Your role involves assisting in the development and execution of strategic plans to achieve targeted business growth objectives. Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and nurturing key client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze client needs and propose suitable products or services to meet their objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to develop strategies that align with client goals and expectations.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and key metrics for assigned accounts.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the assigned accounts to drive increased revenue.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of client presentations and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to address client issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and operational processes.
  • Provide client feedback to product development teams to improve service offerings.
  • Participate in regular reviews and planning sessions to enhance account management strategies.
  • Assist in the development of account-specific marketing plans and promotional activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive practices impacting client accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in account management or customer service roles.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • An analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
