Job Description

The role of a Junior Key Account Executive is pivotal in driving and maintaining the success of client relationships within a company. The position requires a blend of strategic thinking and practical account management skills to ensure that key accounts receive exceptional service and support. This role involves assisting with the development and implementation of strategies to increase sales and enhance relationships with crucial clients. The Junior Key Account Executive will work closely with senior staff to learn and develop expertise in handling significant accounts efficiently and effectively. An important aspect of this role is to gather and analyze client data, assist in sales presentations, and provide valuable feedback to the internal teams to optimize product offerings.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic client account plans and strategies.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, positive relationships with key accounts.
  • Monitor account performance indicators and pro-actively address any issues.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  • Provide comprehensive support in preparing sales proposals and presentations.
  • Conduct detailed market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Analyze client data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Communicate client needs effectively to senior executives and product teams.
  • Support the senior account executives in daily administrative tasks and projects.
  • Participate in regular client meetings and assist in securing new business opportunities.
  • Track and report on the status of key account initiatives and objectives regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough market research.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for both written and verbal forms.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Previous experience in a sales or account management role is beneficial.
