Job Description

De functie:

Eerste aanspreekpunt voor collegas bij basis IT vragen
Registreren en opvolgen van IT requests en tickets
Uitvoeren van eenvoudige administratieve IT taken
Doorverwijzen en opvolgen van tickets bij de MSP indien nodig
Ondersteunen bij standaard IT procedures en roll outs

Wat jij inbrengt:

Ervaring of relevante opleiding/ervaring in IT is vereist
Affiniteit met Windows‑pcs en laptops
Basiskennis van Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
Inzicht in IT‑concepten zoals gebruikersaccounts, printers en basis netwerkproblemen
Goede troubleshooting‑ en probleemoplossende denkwijze
Leergierig, hulpvaardig en communicatief
Nauwkeurig kunnen documenteren en administreren
Nederlands vereist, Engels en/of Duits een pluspunt
