Junior Investment Analyst Multi Family Office - Dubai

Join a high-performing team in a dynamic, rapidly growing UAE Multi Family Office (MFO) environment. Our client, a prominent MFO in Dubai, is seeking a detail-oriented junior level investment analyst with 1 to 3 years post experience to support their new and growing operations. This role offers exposure to a sophisticated, multi-bank investment portfolio and requires a blend of technical financial analysis and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities will be portfolio Management overseeing a complex multi-bank portfolio, including performance tracking and comprehensive reporting. Execution and coordination acting as the primary liaison between banking counterparties and provide direct support for trade execution. Investment research, conducting quantitative and qualitative research to support asset allocation and investment decisions. Operational excellence performing detailed fee analysis and lead initiatives to integrate AI and financial technology to streamline internal workflows.

You will need to have between 1 to 3 years of experience as a junior analyst within a financial institution, family office, investment bank, asset management firm, private or investment bank or management consultancy / accounting firm.

A Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (CFA Level I candidacy or completion is highly preferred). Advanced Excel is essential (proficiency in financial modelling and data manipulation). Strong PowerPoint skills for professional report generation as well as exceptional analytical skills with high attention to detail, and a proactive mindset toward process automation.

This role will only apply to candidates based in the UAE. Salary expectations are AED 15,000 to 18,000 per month base salary with a good benefits package.
