A full-time junior Graphic Designer opportunity with Givaudan, the global leader in Fragrances & Beauty and Taste & Wellbeing solutions, based in our Dubai office.

Your future position?

We are looking to expand our passionate and creative Fine Fragrance Marketing team with a junior Graphics Designer who will help bring fragrance stories to life through exceptional branding, packaging, digital content, and multimedia design.

This is a newly created role motivated by the growing demand for creative marketing support across our Fine Fragrance business. Reporting directly to our highly experienced Graphics Designer and working closely with the wider marketing team.

Design and Presentation Expertise

• Develop the design vision for the Fine Fragrance Marketing team, helping to expand our creative capabilities and deliver excellence to a diverse client base.
• Translate business and marketing needs into impactful visual concepts, including presentations, concept boards, logos, mock-ups, packaging concepts, and other marketing collateral.
• Support the creation of compelling branding and packaging solutions that bring fragrance stories to life.

Multimedia Expertise

• Produce and help integrate video, audio, motion graphics, and animation to create engaging content and experiences.
• Contribute to video creation and editing projects that support brand storytelling and marketing projects.
• Explore creative technologies and AI-powered tools to enhance content creation.

Event Support

• Create, source, and set up props and materials for presentations, customer meetings, PR activities, and internal events.
• Coordinate with external vendors to bring creative concepts to life through printed materials, packaging prototypes, and event assets.

Trendspotting

• Stay ahead of emerging trends in fragrance, beauty, fashion, design, technology, social media, art, music, and popular culture.
• Apply trend insights to concept development and help maintain our creative edge across all touchpoints.
• Continuously seek inspiration from the world around you to elevate creative output and storytelling.

Improve

• Develop fresh, innovative ideas that help set benchmarks within the industry.
• Create unique and visually compelling content for presentations, marketing materials, digital channels, and social media platforms.
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of the teams creative capabilities, design quality, and visual excellence.

Your professional profile includes:

• A Diploma or Bachelors degree in interactive design, multimedia design, graphics design or any other relevant discipline.
• 2-3 years relevant work experience in a similar role in a creative environment with an agency or a multinational company with sound marketing knowledge in the B2B and B2C space.
• Prior experience in the fragrance, fashion, or beauty industries is good to have.
• Proficient in packaging design, graphic presentation and video making to build ideas and display a high degree of creativity utilising industry trends and visual design skills, including digital photography, video editing, animation, and 3D product rendering skills.
• Knowledge of applications like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects), PowerPoint, and Canva.
• A good appreciation and understanding of beauty and luxury aesthetics.
• Additional interests or hobbies in crafts or space design are advantageous.
• Excellent oral and written proficiency in the English language. Additional knowledge of Arabic or French is an advantage but not mandatory.
• A good team player and comfortable with diversity.
