Junior Graphic Designer (225-703)

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing graphics for digital and print applications, including marketing materials.
• Collaborate with senior designers to understand project expectations and requirements.
• Create and edit images, icons, and layouts to enhance story clarity.
• Support the maintenance and organization of design libraries and assets.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for internal review and feedback.
• Incorporate feedback into designs, ensuring branding guidelines are consistently applied.
• Update and amend existing artwork as required by the design team.
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into design work.
• Work with various departments to ensure projects meet expectations and deadlines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and concepts.
• Ensure high quality and accuracy of all delivered projects, maintaining attention to detail.
• Assist in the creation of presentations and marketing assets using design software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles and excellent visual design skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is advantageous but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and design consistency.
