Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior designers to develop engaging visual content for various platforms.
• Create digital graphics, print materials, and promotional items under supervision.
• Assist in the design and layout of marketing materials like brochures and banners.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand project goals and objectives.
• Adapt existing artwork and layouts for different formats and media channels.
• Review and revise projects based on feedback from senior designers and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the industry.
• Assist with photo editing and manipulation for various visual assets as needed.
• Support various departmental needs and other design tasks as they arise.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation for efficient workflow management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work is highly desirable.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and make improvements effectively.
