The Junior Graphic Designer will work closely with our creative team to assist in the conception, design, and execution of visual materials across a variety of media platforms. Responsibilities

• Assist senior designers in the development and execution of design projects.
• Create visually engaging designs for digital and print media platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute new ideas.
• Adhere to brand guidelines while maintaining consistency on all projects.
• Provide revisions based on feedback from senior designers and stakeholders.
• Ensure all artwork is ready for production and adheres to quality standards.
• Assist in managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into design work.
• Support the team in the development of presentation materials and proposals.
• Help maintain the organization of design files and project assets.
• Learn and apply new design techniques and software as required.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to senior designers for approval.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition principles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines effectively.
• A portfolio showcasing creative skills and design expertise is required.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is considered an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends and tools.
