We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play an integral role in supporting the design department with the development and execution of creative design solutions. You will work under the supervision of senior designers to produce visual communication materials that align with our brand's identity and marketing strategies. Responsibilities

• Assist senior designers in creating visual assets for both digital and print media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for various platforms.
• Support the design team in maintaining the consistency of brand visuals and messaging.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative and creative design concepts.
• Assist with the preparation of presentations and other graphic-related projects.
• Ensure that final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Help manage and organize digital assets and design files for efficient retrieval.
• Stay updated with design trends and techniques to maintain best practices in your work.
• Contribute to the improvement of design workflows and processes within the team.
• Receive and implement feedback from managers and peers regarding design work.
• Provide support in producing mockups and prototypes as required for new projects.
• Complete design revisions and updates promptly to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and understanding of design principles.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for team collaboration.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus, but not mandatory.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to receive constructive feedback.
