A Junior Financial Analyst plays a pivotal role in the financial planning and analysis of a company.   • Participate in monthly and quarterly financial review meetings with management and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and liaise with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies in financial reporting.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial reporting processes and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis and modeling techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for the role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis software is required.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with financial accounting statements and financial performance metrics.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work.
