Job Description

Roles & responsibilities

System Maintenance: Supervise routine and specialized maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

Preventive Planning: Develop and monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules and work orders.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure facility operations comply with health, safety regulations, and building codes.

Project & Vendor Management: Oversee contractors, manage facility upgrades, and handle resource budgeting.

Technical Analysis: Review blueprints, technical drawings, and operational reports to optimize facility efficiency
