Junior Chef Cloud Kitchen

Job Overview And Summary

We are looking for a Junior Chef to join a new Dubai-based cloud kitchen and juice delivery business.

This is a hands-on junior-level role, and the selected candidate will receive proper training on the kitchen operations, recipes, preparation methods and processes.

The ideal candidate does not need extensive experience but should have some basic knowledge of kitchen work, food preparation and juice/beverage preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh juices, smoothies and basic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Basic food preparation and simple menu items.
• Wash, cut and portion fruits, vegetables and other ingredients.
• Follow recipes and preparation instructions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and preparation areas.
• Ensure ingredients and prepared items are stored properly.
• Assist with packing and checking orders before dispatch.
• Maintain basic kitchen equipment and utensils properly.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards. Support the kitchen team with daily preparation and other assigned tasks.
• Learn and follow the company's recipes, processes and operating standards.
  
  

• Around 1 year of experience in a kitchen, juice bar, café, restaurant, cloud kitchen or similar environment is preferred.
• Freshers with basic practical kitchen knowledge may also be considered.
• Basic knowledge of juice, smoothie or beverage preparation.
• Basic food preparation and knife-handling skills.
• Willingness to learn and be trained.
• Good hygiene and cleanliness practices.
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
