We are looking for an experienced Junior Buyer to join our Menswear team. Working with leading emerging and contemporary brands the role includes multi category buying for our department stores in the MENA region.

What You'll Do
As a Junior Buyer, you will work closely with the Buying team to develop and deliver category strategies that maximise sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the development and execution of seasonal buying strategies.
- Managing a category within the department and building commercially balanced assortments.
- Researching global fashion trends, emerging brands, competitors, and customer insights.
- Building strong relationships with international luxury brand partners and suppliers.
- Assisting with buying appointments, product selection, pricing, and assortment planning.
- Monitoring sales performance, sell-through, stock levels, and market trends to recommend trading actions.
- Preparing product, competitor, and trend presentations for Buying leadership.
- Managing purchase orders, re-orders, vendor information, and product lifecycle activities.
- Working collaboratively with Planning, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Visual Merchandising, Finance, and Store Operations to ensure successful product launches and seasonal execution.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines commercial thinking with a genuine passion for luxury fashion.
You'll ideally have:
- 3–5 years' experience in fashion Menswear buying or category management within a luxury fashion department store environment.
- Experience working with international fashion brands.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to analyse sales performance and market trends.
- Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience preparing product, trend, and buying presentations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A degree in Fashion, Buying, Merchandising, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Flexibility to travel internationally for buying appointments and market visits.
