This is an opportunity to build a strong foundation in B2B sales, digital marketing, and channel development within a global technology leader.
Your Role — A Launchpad for Your Career in Sales & Digital Business
You will support the growth of Siemens' low-voltage channel partner network, working closely with experienced colleagues to learn how international business development is done — from market analysis to digital sales enablement.
Key responsibilities include:
Building Foundational Market Knowledge of Siemens' Low Voltage and Control Products portfolio
Gathering and reporting on market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
Supporting relationship-building with end customers, contractors, consultants, panel builders, and distributors
Assisting in the rollout of new products, solutions, and business models
Contributing to the development of a regional digital sales business plan
Coordinating with distributors on web-shop development and data quality
Supporting the visibility of Siemens products on relevant e-commerce platforms
Helping design and execute digital marketing campaigns and customer journeys for different customer segments
Assisting in strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
This is an excellent career opportunity for Emirati Engineers with relevant exposure in sales, marketing, or business development
Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and a willingness to learn fast
Confident communicator, comfortable engaging both technical and business audiences
Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Exposure to digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, or sales tools is an advantage, but not required — we provide structured on-the-job mentoring
