Junior Barista

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Junior Barista to support our growing Dubai office by running the café on our new floor. This role is about creating a welcoming, well-run coffee experience for employees and guests, while keeping the café space clean, organised, and fully stocked.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, etc.) to a high standard
• Open, close, and maintain the daily setup of the office café
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of coffee machines, counters, and café areas
• Monitor stock levels and flag replenishment needs
• Provide professional, friendly service to employees and visitors
• Support occasional internal events or meetings with beverage service
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in hospitality is a plus (junior profiles welcome)
• Basic coffee-making skills and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication skills in English
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
