We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to work alongside our team of talented professionals in the design and development of innovative architectural projects. This position offers the opportunity to engage in a variety of projects, from residential to commercial structures, providing support to senior architects and contributing to overall project success. The Junior Architect will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of drawings, models, and presentations, as well as providing support during all phases of the design process. The role requires a strong sense of design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior architects in the preparation of architectural designs and drawings.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely project completion.
• Contribute to the preparation and development of schematic designs and detailed drawings.
• Participate in project meetings and provide support in the documentation process.
• Conduct site surveys to gather information and assist in the project planning stage.
• Support the creation of architectural models and presentations for client meetings.
• Ensure compliance with architectural codes and regulations during project designs.
• Assist in researching and selecting appropriate materials and finishes for projects.
• Review construction documents for conformity and quality assurance purposes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members throughout the project.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing creative ideas and solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in architectural design and drafting software, such as AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of architectural construction methods and materials.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to architecture.
• Experience with 3D modeling software, such as SketchUp or Revit, is advantageous.
