Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing Arabic-speaking client accounts.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client queries and concerns in Arabic.
  • Collaborate with senior account managers to devise growth strategies for key accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver account management reports to senior staff and clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for client engagement.
  • Assist in the development and presentation of marketing proposals to clients.
  • Monitor and track client satisfaction and provide feedback to management.
  • Ensure client communications are timely, accurate, and consistent across all platforms.
  • Resolve client issues promptly while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Provide training or support to clients regarding products and services as needed.
  • Assist in contract renewals and negotiate terms in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory for effective client communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in account management or customer service is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software.
