Job Description

The Junior Account Manager - Arabic Speaking will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and account management teams to drive growth and foster strong client relations. As a junior team member, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and growth of key accounts within the Middle East and North African markets. Your fluency in Arabic will be essential in communicating effectively with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their expectations. By working closely with senior account managers and other departments, you will help to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Assist senior account managers in meeting sales targets and achieving client objectives.
  • Participate in client meetings to provide support and gather relevant information.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status and transaction summaries for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client services and products.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive relationships.
  • Translate client needs into actionable solutions in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Educate clients on company products and offerings, ensuring they receive the best value.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of account strategies and plans.
  • Support the account team in administrative tasks and project management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements in all account dealings.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic, including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and under supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software tools.
