Job Description

Our company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager who speaks Arabic to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and growth of client accounts, with a specific focus on our Arabic-speaking markets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining client satisfaction and contributing to the achievement of company objectives. Your ability to work well under pressure and in a collaborative team setting will be key to your success in this position.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned client accounts.
  • Work closely with senior account managers to monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ needs and recommend solutions accordingly.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account progress and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure client requests are handled efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell services to existing clients, enhancing account growth.
  • Monitor the performance of client accounts and manage any issues as they arise.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Participate in client meetings, offering insights and recommendations to enhance satisfaction.
  • Maintain updated and accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns tailored to clients.
  • Assist in the training and orientation of new team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in account management or related customer service roles beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate challenges effectively.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
