Job Description

The Key responsibilities will include:

Provide legal advice and support to ensure business operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents to protect company interests.
Assist in managing disputes, including coordination with external legal counsel when necessary.
Conduct research on legal issues and provide recommendations to support decision-making processes.
Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and internal policies.
Support the development and implementation of legal strategies and risk mitigation plans.
Maintain accurate records of legal files and documentation.
Collaborate with internal departments to address legal queries and provide guidance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Jr. Legal Counsel should have:

A degree in Law from a recognised institution.
Eligibility to practise law in the UAE.
Understanding of UAE laws and regulations, particularly in the industrial and manufacturing sector.
Strong skills in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and professional environment.
Keen attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
