YOUR MISSION

Your mission is to immerse yourself in performance marketing creatives, understanding what makes ads convert and translating insight into actionable creative ideas.

You’ll learn how to analyze the psychology behind winning content, spot patterns across platforms, and generate ideas that become high-performing ads.


This is a full time contractor role.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

You’ll support the creative leadership team by:

  • Conducting deep research on competitors, trends, hooks, angles, and high-performing ads
  • Identifying patterns across TikTok, Meta, and other platforms
  • Turning insights into simple creative directions and ideation support
  • Assisting with early script structures, angle development, and messaging ideas
  • Helping maintain a library of references, insights, and winning creative patterns
  • Collaborating with editors and the creative team to support briefs and context
  • Reviewing creative performance and helping spot opportunities for iteration

  • A Natural Communicator: You’re comfortable with words and can express ideas clearly, whether through copy, summaries, or simple frameworks.
  • Strong Researcher: You can find relevant examples, organize insights, and turn your findings into useful recommendations for the creative team.
  • Digitally Native: You understand what feels organic on TikTok, Meta, and other platforms because you spend time there and know how people consume content.
  • Self-Directed: You take ownership of your work, problem-solve independently, and keep momentum without constant oversight.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with copywriting or social content
  • Prior experience or a strong portfolio showcasing personal projects related to copywriting or social media content
  • Familiarity with basic editing/design tools
