Role Summary

Working closely with our global audio team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality audio services to specific audio clients, and admin/processing assistance on client accounts. They will also be responsible for liaising with external suppliers to resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery of inbound media.

The candidate must be able to identify music content which is suitable for specific client demographic, and ensure the content delivered to clients is accurate and in-line with Anuvu’s legal requirements, financial expectations, and overall global strategy.

Location: Dubai, hybrid working

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create audio entertainment selections within Anuvu’s Audio Platform tool, as per client requirements, covering multiple genres (Pop, Rock, Classical, Jazz, etc).
• Assist the global audio team to ensure on-time delivery of audio services across all clients, as required.
• Copyright compliance checks for audio content supplied by Anuvu.
• External client and Internal client manager liaison.
• External, 3rd party suppler liaison
• Quality control of all inbound 3rd party media for specific audio clients
• Co-ordinate and manage the delivery and ingestion of 3rd party content (specifically: audio files, metadata and images)
• Administrative tasks such as music usage reports and synopsis writing
• Act as point of contact for certain clients, suppliers, and other colleagues within Anuvu on audio-related issues

• Maintain effective working relationships with all working parties including but not limited to colleagues and suppliers.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Advanced English language skills, both written and oral.
• A passion for, and good knowledge of, global music genres.
• Previous experience working with audio production software i.e. Adobe Audition, and audio editing is desirable.
