Job Description

As a Jewellery Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of representing our brand, engaging with clients to understand their unique needs, and providing them with exceptional service. Your role will be pivotal in building long-term relationships with customers and driving sales growth for our business. You should have a keen eye for detail and a passion for luxury jewellery. Your expertise in the product line, excellent communication skills, and ability to close deals will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. You will also be responsible for maintaining an attractive store environment, showcasing jewellery in the best possible manner, and staying updated with the latest market trends to provide knowledgeable advice to clients.


Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their jewellery preferences and needs.
  • Provide expert advice on jewellery selection and styling options.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets on a monthly basis.
  • Demonstrate the features and benefits of products to encourage purchases.
  • Maintain current knowledge of the product range and latest industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain a loyal customer base through clienteling activities.
  • Ensure the store is always visually appealing and organized neatly.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store success and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage stock levels and participate in inventory counts as required.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance sales and customer service skills.
  • Utilize point of sale systems accurately to process transactions and track sales.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in jewellery or luxury retail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for high-quality craftsmanship in jewellery.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience with point of sale systems and inventory management processes.
