Job Description

As a Jewellery Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in offering excellent customer service and driving sales in the jewellery department. This role requires you to be knowledgeable about jewellery products, trends, and customer preferences. You will build relationships with customers to ensure a positive customer experience and repeat business. Your expertise in guiding and advising customers on their purchases will be pivotal in meeting sales targets and enhancing the store's reputation. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with an ability to effectively manage time and multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.


Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences for jewellery.
  • Provide detailed information and advice on jewellery options to aid customer decisions.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge on the latest jewellery trends and materials.
  • Achieve established sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory updates.
  • Coordinate with the jewellery team to ensure the presentation of merchandise is appealing.
  • Assist in managing stock levels and replenishing items as necessary.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Participate in sales promotion events and inventory clearance initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with policies regarding jewellery sales and customer service standards.
  • Report daily sales activities and customer feedback to the management team.
  • Support training and development of new staff in jewellery sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the jewellery industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients effectively.
  • Strong understanding of jewellery products, trends, and industry knowledge.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
