Job Description

As a Jewellery Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our retail operations, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and maximizing sales opportunities within our jewellery showroom. Your primary goal will be to build and maintain strong customer relationships while assisting clients in selecting the perfect pieces that meet their needs and preferences. You will possess in-depth knowledge of our product range and superb customer service skills to offer personalized recommendations and close sales effectively. Working within a dynamic team, you will contribute to achieving team targets and ensuring a memorable shopping experience for our clientele. Your passion for jewellery, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will drive your success in this role.


Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor and ascertain their needs and preferences.
  • Showcase a comprehensive understanding of our jewellery collections and brand values.
  • Guide customers through the buying process and provide expert product recommendations.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Handle customer complaints with a solution-oriented approach and escalate when necessary.
  • Execute visual merchandising techniques to keep displays attractive and themed.
  • Process transactions efficiently using various point-of-sale systems and software.
  • Assist in inventory management and conduct regular stock checks and audits.
  • Organize and participate in store promotional activities and events.
  • Ensure cleanliness and security standards are maintained throughout the showroom.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive and motivating work environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery or luxury goods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse customers effectively.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to operate sales software and POS systems proficiently.
  • Understanding of jewellery and gemstones, including trends and manufacturing processes.
  • Capability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales is a plus.
