Summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive visual and technical inspections of jewellery pieces to verify adherence to established quality benchmarks and design specifications.
  
• Utilize specialized knowledge of diamonds and gemstones to accurately assess cut, clarity, color, and carat weight, ensuring accurate grading and valuation.
  
• Perform precise measurements of dimensions, weights, and structural integrity using industry-standard tools and equipment.
  
• Identify and document any manufacturing defects, imperfections, or inconsistencies in materials and craftsmanship.
  
• Apply advanced analytical skills to evaluate the overall quality of finished products and provide actionable feedback to production teams.
  
• Maintain detailed records of inspection results, grading outcomes, and quality metrics for compliance and reporting purposes.
  
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to communicate findings clearly and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
  

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 8 to 15 years of hands-on experience in jewellery manufacturing, quality control, or grading.
  
• Technical Knowledge: Extensive expertise in jewellery grading methodologies, quality inspection protocols, and the specific characteristics of diamonds and gemstones.
  
• Manufacturing Insight: Strong foundational knowledge of jewellery fabrication processes and techniques to effectively identify production flaws.
  
• Analytical Skills: Proven ability to perform meticulous visual inspections and apply critical thinking to detect subtle defects and variations.
  
• Precision: Exceptional attention to detail with the capacity to measure and verify weights, dimensions, and specifications with high accuracy.
  
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical findings and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  
• Salary Expectation: ₹15-20 LPA.
