Job Description
En Robert Walters estamos buscando a un Jefe de ventas zona Norte para sumarse a un desafío comercial a nivel nacional! Si tienes experiencia en consumo masivo, eres autónomo y te motiva recorrer Chile generando impacto real en ventas, esta oportunidad es para ti.
- Sur: Iquique, Antofagasta, La Serena, Caldera, Copiapo
- Gestionar cartera de clientes (grandes cuentas y pymes)
- Aumentar cobertura en zonas asignadas (incluyendo localidades pequeñas)
- Trabajar con distribuidores
- Ejecutar rutas comerciales planificadas y autogestionadas
- Desarrollar ventas consultivas y relaciones de largo plazo
- Asegurar presencia en puntos de venta
- Vendedores con experiencia en consumo masivo
- Alta autogestión y disciplina en terreno
- Experiencia atendiendo clientes exigentes
- Habilidades comerciales y blandas para generar relaciones de confianza
- Orientación a resultados, análisis de datos y seguimiento de KPIs
- Disponibilidad para viajar y recorrer distintas zonas
