Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business opportunities across key healthcare accounts in the Eastern Province
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, laboratories, and key decision-makers
Manage and grow existing accounts, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product positioning and customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in IVD / diagnostics sales within the healthcare sector
Strong track record in both new business acquisition and account management
Established network within hospitals and laboratories in the Eastern Province is highly preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Arabic-speaking candidates are strongly preferred
Willingness to travel within the region as required
