IT Technician (ELV Systems / CCTV / WiFi)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technician specializing in ELV Systems, CCTV, and WiFi to join our rapidly growing team. This position is vital to ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of low voltage systems while delivering exceptional technical support for CCTV and WiFi infrastructures. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of these technologies, coupled with the ability to troubleshoot and solve intricate problems. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for both the installation and the ongoing upkeep of our company’s network and surveillance systems. Responsibilities

Install and configure ELV systems ensuring compatibility and functionality.
Perform regular maintenance and repairs on CCTV and WiFi systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to ELV, CCTV, and WiFi systems.
Conduct system inspections to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize system performance.
Doent all work performed including installations, repairs, and configurations.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in ELV systems.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on system functionalities.
Ensure all installed systems comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
Work closely with vendors and partners for system upgrades and new installations.
Monitor system performance and manage updates and configuration enhancements.
Manage inventory and resources for efficient system operations and expansions.
