We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy IT System Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. managing system integrations, particularly with our ERP and WooCommerce platforms, and maintaining robust IT security practices. This role requires a proactive and hands-on professional who can support the business’s operational and strategic IT needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Provide first-line IT support to employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Cybersecurity: Implement and follow IT security best practices to protect company data and prevent unauthorized access and lead IT security training sessions for staff.
• Collaboration & Training: Work closely with teams to provide IT guidance, training, and support for new technologies.
• ERP System Administration: Assist in ERP system (Synergix) setup, user management, and provide ongoing support as the system is fully implemented.
• WooCommerce Maintenance: Manage backend updates, monitor site performance, and ensure data integrity between e-commerce and ERP systems.
• IT Infrastructure Management: Maintain and troubleshoot IT hardware, software, and network systems.
• System Integrations: Work with internal teams to integrate IT systems and automate data flow where possible.
• Data Backup & Recovery: Establish and manage data backup, storage, and recovery protocols.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers to ensure service quality.
  
  

• Educational Background: Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience in troubleshooting Windows/Mac operating systems, network configurations, and software applications.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to assist non-technical users.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

• Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with ERP implementation is a bonus).
• Experience with WooCommerce or WordPress management.
• Proficient in IT security practices and system integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Google Drive administration and IT support tools.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and data protection regulations.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IT administration, preferably in a similar industry.
