About The Role
As a Site Support Specialist you will provide IT support for the Vila-Seca Office in Tarragona.
You will report to the ISD Spain Manager and be located at Vila-Seca office, with the possibility of temporary assignments to some of our offices and main clients.

Main Responsibilities
Ensure daily IT operations and systems support.
Manage incidents and service requests using ITSM tools.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues both in-person and remotely, using approved communication platforms.
Provide on-call and after-hours support.
Procure and deploy approved hardware and software; assist users with ITSM requests.
Configure and deploy new or replacement devices (servers, network equipment, PCs, laptops, printers, mobile and fixed telephony).
Perform regular checks to ensure hardware and software functionality.
Maintain accurate IT asset inventory in the CMDB, following company policies.
Manage inventory, including reception, registration, and shipment of IT equipment and materials.
Support the estimation of demand for laptops and other end-user devices.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
Manage the disposal and replacement of obsolete hardware and software in compliance with company guidelines.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
Familiarity with the ITIL framework; certification valuable.
Microsoft and Cisco certifications valuables.
Commitment to continuous improvement.
2+ years of experience working on similar activities.
Fluent in both Spanish and English.
Provide feedback on technology plans to the Regional IT Manager.
Ensure data protection and compliance with Westinghouse security policies.
Perform tasks according to safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with business unit stakeholders to deliver tailored IT solutions.
Coordinate with Corporate IT and external vendors to support project execution.
