IT Support Engineer

Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our technology team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an IT professional who enjoys solving technical challenges, maintaining secure IT systems, and providing reliable support to ensure uninterrupted business operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting employees and maintaining the organization's technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, and network-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve IT problems through on-site and remote support.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, internet connectivity, and system performance.
• Manage user accounts, email configurations, passwords, and access permissions.
• Perform software installations, updates, antivirus management, and regular system maintenance.
• Conduct data backups and assist with disaster recovery procedures.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, technical documentation, and service records.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, software licensing, and technical support.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity best practices.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with Active Directory, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and printer management.
• Familiarity with cloud services, cybersecurity practices, and backup solutions.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications are an added advantage.
