IT Support Engineer

Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, providing technical support to staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Monitor and maintain office network systems and internet connectivity
• Troubleshoot system errors and resolve technical problems efficiently
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks
• Support email systems and cloud-based applications
• Coordinate with external IT vendors when necessary
• Maintain IT documentation and asset records
  
  

Requirements And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
• Good understanding of hardware and software installation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication skills and ability to assist non-technical staff
