IT Support Engineer

Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a skilled and solution-oriented IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai. This role is responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations to support our professional tax and consultancy services.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and data security.
• Maintain IT documentation, system records, and support logs.
• Coordinate with external vendors for advanced technical support when required.

Requirements And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar technical role.
